In each season, the scent of pine shifts

So too do the thoughts of man

In each choice, wisdom is revealed

So too does understanding follow those who seek it

In every action, bear open your heart

So deep can meet deep and the weariness of suffering may leave you

In each step, remember, those who love you will not feed you deceit

And those who care for you will soothe you with a joyous word

Laugh often, and cry more

For with each tear a semblance of what was will welcome what shall be

Never lose hope

For it will guide you like stars amongst the dark sky on a new moon

Plead not with your abusers;

Leave them with words of kindness and be on your way

Many will try to dissuade you

But it’s important to remain true to your heart

Don’t allow hurt to deter you from what is right

And always welcome the forgiveness and apology of those who have wronged you

Welcome the spring rain as much as the winter storms

Allow fire to refine you as it does the land during summer months

All has its place & time

Fluttering things will guide your way

And bird chirps shall confirm your path

Always listen, never fail to look

And keep your mind open to possibility

Believe in yourself and others

Yet remember you do not know all

Circumstances may evade you

Though moments pass you by

These too do not remain

Guard your heart and speak with love

Remember, what afflicts others may also afflict you

Don’t fall blind to your own wrongdoing

And don’t forget all things work themselves out for Good.
